Manchester United have officially announced that the English international defender, Chris Smalling, has officially signed a new contract with the club, Manchester United, for four more years where his new contract runs until the end of the season in 2022, until the summer of 2022.
Chris Smalling, 29 years old, has joined Manchester United almost eight years ago, back in 2010 under the legendary manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, where he won several trophies including the Premier League, FA Cup, and Europa League and played under several managers from Sir Alex to Jose Mourinho currently.
Chris Smalling joined Manchester United from Fulham FC and played 307 matches in all competitions until this moment and he was a key player for several managers who managed the club regardless of the critics the player receives from the fans and media.
